" Our daughter and her fiancé picked September 29, 2012 to get married on the beach in Douglas, MI. and to have their reception at the Twin Gables Inn in Saugatuck. We had three months to put this wedding together, and we all live in a suburb of Chicago. Although, Nicole could do nothing to ensure that we had the 74 degrees and sun that we had for the ceremony, she certainly went over and above to make sure that what we envisioned came to fruition. There is not one thing we would have done differently. Nicole gave us sound advice as to catering. The food was spectacular, and everyone made comments. The tent with the tiny lights looked magical and romantic. Twin Gables was warm, and Danielle was very accommodating. Between she and Nicole, they made everything happen the way we wanted. Twin Gables Inn can offer you a memorable event in a breathtaking setting. We are able to accommodate wedding receptions and ceremonies from 50-250 guests in a well-appointed tent with a parquet dance floor, intimate lighting, crisp linens, dazzling stemware and flickering candles…if you can dream it we will make it happen.

Twin Gables Inn is located on Saugatuck on two intimate, award-winning, beautifully-landscaped acres; our newly added waterfall pond provides a beautiful backdrop for your event. Our waterfront lot will provide you with the ability to have a lakeside ceremony well also can accommodate a beach or vineyard ceremony. Your exclusive event requires that you must occupy the entire Inn (excluding the cottages) for one or two nights dependent on the season.

Twin Gables Inn accommodates 28-30 people and of course the Bridal Suite is reserved for you. If you are in need of additional space the cottages easily hold 16 more people. We have assembled several all-inclusive ceremony and reception packages. Our vendors have given us price considerations for our rentals and we pass the savings on to you. Our catering team has scoured Southwest Michigan and has identified several excellent caterers to assure you and your guests only the finest culinary experience. We have sample menus for your review. They will serve as ideas.

Working within the budget your menu will be developed especially for you. As your exclusive event coordinator, I will take care of all the details of your event from beginning and planning stage until the last guest leaves the reception. I will be with you as you take the first step down the aisle and the last person who you will see before your wedding is over. I specialize in planning weddings. It is my only job, so you are always my first priority. By utilizing my services you don’t give up control of the planning or the details. On the other hand you are involved in all aspects of the planning of your wedding. You plan it I’ll take care of the details.
