• Coconut Shrimp with Lime Cilantro Chili Sauce
• Vegetable Minestrone
• Mixed Greens with dried cherries, pecans, sliced apples and a poppyseed dressing
• Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a reduced cider sauce and sauteed apples, fresh herbed spaetzle and red-wine braised cabbage
